CRISPY GARLIC PARM BRUSSEL SPROUTS

You can’t say you hate brussel sprouts until you have tried this recipe! The brussel sprouts are crispy, salty and so good! It's a one-pan, easy, mess free side to make.


Don’t knock it till you try it- this is my favourite way to eat brussel sprouts! I've even used this recipe to convert some brussel sprouts haters in my life!




Ingredients:

-brussel sprouts, halved lengthwise

-olive oil

-salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste

-parmesan cheese

-balsamic glaze (optional)



Method:

  1. Preheat your oven to 425 F.

  2. Slice the brussel sprouts in half and toss them in a little olive oil, garlic powder, salt and pepper.

  3. Bake for 25-30mins, until golden brown and crispy.

  4. Remove from the oven and grate Parmesan cheese over top.
